Terms of Service
Effective July 27, 2026
1. Agreement
rilt.io is operated by Webverry LLC ("Webverry," "Rilt," "we," "us"), a California limited liability company doing business as Rilt. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What this site is
rilt.io is an informational site describing Rilt's drop infrastructure work with independent brands. It is not a self-serve product, does not offer an account signup, and does not itself form a client engagement. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. A working relationship with Webverry LLC begins only through a separately signed agreement, which governs that relationship and controls over anything stated here.
3. Permitted use
You may view and share the content on this site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, republish, or use the site or its content for competitive analysis, training a model, or any commercial purpose without our written permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Rilt name, logo, wordmark, and the design, text, and other content on this site are owned by Webverry LLC or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No rights are granted to you beyond the limited permission in section 3.
5. Case studies and client references
Any brand, drop, or result described on this site is published only with that brand's consent. Figures are directional and reflect a specific brand's outcome, not a guarantee of results for any other business.
6. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webverry LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or business changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@rilt.io or +1 (626) 926 2076.
